1. Our service
Rented is a rental lead-qualification service. We collect your requirements, verify that enquiries are genuine, and forward serious rental enquiries to our partner company and to agents or landlords operating across the United States and the United Kingdom, who may then contact you and arrange viewings.
2. Verification fee
After submitting an application, you may be asked to pay a small verification fee. This fee confirms that you are a serious renter, funds the qualification and matching work our team performs, and unlocks priority support. The fee is for our service and is not rent, a deposit, or a payment toward any property. See our Refund Policy for details.
3. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will be offered, shown, or able to rent any specific property, nor do we guarantee a successful tenancy, application approval, or any particular outcome. Availability, referencing, and final letting decisions rest with the relevant agents, landlords, and third parties.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application and to keep it up to date. Providing false or misleading information may prevent us from matching you and may result in your enquiry being declined.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rented is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from the acts or omissions of partner companies, agents, or landlords. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
